Jake is an incredibly hard working individual, often going above and beyond for the good of the company as a whole. He led the design team across all of their focuses: designing upcoming features, aiding in marketing materials, providing creative content and tools for our users, and much more. Additionally, he helped revamp our documentation process, making sure that it aided in the development of features across all departments involved. He would make a great addition to any team lucky enough to have him join.

Jake is an extremely talented and driven designer who goes above and beyond the requirements of service. He has a keen sense for user-centric experiences and the dedication, conviction, and skillset to build a product from the ground up. In his design approach, he is forward-thinking, iterative, and always cognizant of business goals, designing systems for scalability and growth. As Lead of Product Design, Jake streamlined the design department's processes and resources, working closely with the Head of Engineering to structure and plan the product roadmap according to the needs of business. Jake is an amazing person to work with and would be an asset to any team.

I worked with Jake on the Growth team, because we needed some support while we searched for a new designer, and he was kind enough to toggle between his main team and ours. Aside from being a pleasure to work with, I'll never forget his high standards for great design and always leaving something better than he found it. Overall, we were a better team thanks to his contribution.
